We are thrilled to welcome Meghan Keir as our new General Manager at Nickel Plate Nordic Centre and excited to have Alex Caplan return as our Customer Services Lead. With Meghan’s extensive background in outdoor recreation and business management, and Alex’s growing leadership in coordinating programs and services, we’re confident that they will make this season at Nickel Plate an incredible experience for our members and visitors alike.
Alex Caplan
Alex Caplan, now in his second year at Nickel Plate, has taken on expanded responsibilities thanks to his enthusiasm for a bigger role and his proven abilities. He will coordinate the school program, manage private and group lessons, and play a key role in the daily operations of the ticket office and rental shop. Alex is particularly passionate about teaching kids in the school program and enjoys interacting with members and customers in the rental shop.
