FREE Family Day

Bring the whole family and enjoy a day of winter fun, on us.
We’re celebrating Family Day with free trail passes and free equipment rentals (while supplies last). Whether you are a seasoned skier or trying cross-country skiing or snowshoeing for the first time, this is a great opportunity to get outside and enjoy the trails together.
New for 2026:
We will be hosting Biathlon demonstrations, giving visitors a chance to see this exciting Nordic sport up close and learn more about how it works.
Make a day of it. Pack up the family, arrive early, and enjoy everything winter at Nickel Plate has to offer.
